In questa sezione vedremo come <strong>creare, modificare ed eliminare<\/strong> gli slot orari fuori programma.<\/p>\r\n<p>Chi pu\u00f2 creare uno slot orario fuori programma? Si aprir\u00e0 la finestra di creazione:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"748\" height=\"456\" class=\"wp-image-1203\" src=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-104.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-104-300x183.png 300w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-104.png 748w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Il periodo di creazione predefinito \u00e8 l&#8217;anno scolastico, ma pu\u00f2 essere ridotto alle date desiderate.<\/p>\r\n<p>Seleziona un insegnante di sorveglianza digitando le prime lettere del suo nome o cognome. \u00c8 anche possibile inserire un segretario come sorvegliante dello slot.<\/p>\r\n<p>Inserisci l&#8217;aula e il numero di posti disponibili per questo slot.<\/p>\r\n<p>Clicca su Valida.<\/p>\r\n<p>Lo slot viene quindi creato ricorsivamente, ogni settimana alla stessa ora, fino alla fine dell&#8217;anno.<\/p>\r\n<p>Per modificare uno slot orario fuori programma, clicca sullo slot nel piano settimanale, si aprir\u00e0 una piccola finestra informativa accanto, come mostrato di seguito:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"434\" height=\"167\" class=\"wp-image-736\" src=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-8-300x115.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-8.jpg 434w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 434px) 100vw, 434px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>Clicca sul pulsante &#8220;Matita&#8221; per modificare lo slot. Troverai le stesse informazioni che nella finestra di creazione.
