{"id":63,"date":"2024-04-03T16:29:27","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T14:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.facile.education\/?page_id=63"},"modified":"2024-08-07T17:20:36","modified_gmt":"2024-08-07T15:20:36","slug":"announcements-1-1-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/en\/v1-1-0\/announcements-1-1-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcements"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Announcements are published by the institution&#8217;s administration, intended for one or more populations within the institution.<\/p>\r\n<p>Only members of the administration and those who have been delegated the right to draft announcements (via the user administration service) have the right to draft an announcement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating an Announcement<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The announcement creation window appears as follows:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"542\" class=\"wp-image-68\" src=\"http:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-25-1024x542.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-25-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-25-768x406.png 768w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-25-1024x542.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-25.png 1247w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Possible recipient populations include:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Different profiles within the institution<\/li>\r\n<li>Students\/legal guardians\/teachers of a class<\/li>\r\n<li>Students\/legal guardians\/teachers of a grade<\/li>\r\n<li>All students of the institution<\/li>\r\n<li>All legal guardians of the institution<\/li>\r\n<li>All teachers of the institution<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Enter 3 letters of a population to filter from all possible populations.<\/p>\r\n<p>The publication date is set to &#8216;now&#8217; by default. The announcement will therefore be published immediately if the publication date is unchanged. If a publication date is set (in the future only), the announcement will only be visible from that date.<\/p>\r\n<p>The title of the announcement is mandatory.<\/p>\r\n<p>It is possible to add one or more attachments to the announcement:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>From the ENTA Documents service<\/li>\r\n<li>From the workstation<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>It is possible to set an illustration image by clicking on the pencil above the default illustration:<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"98\" height=\"105\" Announcements<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the homepage widget, announcements are sorted from newest to oldest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" indicated at the top of the widget:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0The button allows displaying only unread announcements.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0The button opens a modal listing all the user&#8217;s announcements.<\/p>\r\n<p>Clicking on an announcement opens a window to read its details.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reading Matrix<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The author of an announcement, a director, or a delegate for announcement drafting can see who has read (or not read) the announcement by clicking on the number of recipients.<\/p>\r\n<p>A window then opens, listing for each recipient population who has read or not read the announcement, and if so, the date of consultation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"364\" class=\"wp-image-64\"
