{"id":2875,"date":"2024-05-15T11:22:26","date_gmt":"2024-05-15T09:22:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/non-classifiee\/remplacer-un-maitre-1-1-0\/"},"modified":"2024-10-02T08:31:27","modified_gmt":"2024-10-02T06:31:27","slug":"remplacer-un-maitre-1-1-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/en\/v1-1-0\/remplacer-un-maitre-1-1-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Replace a teacher"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>The replacement feature allows selecting a substitute teacher for one or more sessions of a course.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The replacement has the following effects:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Enrolls the substitute teacher in the collaborative space<\/strong> (unenrollment after replacement must be done manually by an administrator) of the course group (to use documents &amp; news);<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Grants them <strong>writing access in &#8220;Courses and Homework&#8221; for the course sessions<\/strong> affected by the replacement;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Grants them <strong>read access to the content of the last three course &amp; homework sessions prior to the replacement to ensure educational continuity.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>In the &#8220;Schedules&#8221; service<\/strong>, enter <strong>the name of the teacher to be replaced.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"497\" height=\"163\" class=\"wp-image-1193\" src=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-33.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-33-300x98.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-33.jpg 497w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 497px) 100vw, 497px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The teacher&#8217;s schedule appears; hover the mouse over the desired session and select<strong> the pencil<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"116\" class=\"wp-image-712\" style=\"width: 319px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-5-300x73.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-5.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The <strong>teacher management<\/strong> window appears.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"499\" height=\"294\" class=\"wp-image-711\" src=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-4-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.facile.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-4.jpg 499w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Simply enter<strong> the name of the substitute teacher and the last session<\/strong> affected by the replacement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For selecting the <strong>last affected session<\/strong>, the system by default suggests sessions with the same daily time slot.\u00a0The option &#8220;Apply replacement to all sessions&#8221;
