If one of the students in charge has an unsigned correspondence, it appears as such and each of the legal guardians has a “Sign” button in their interface.
As long as each one has not signed, the correspondence is not considered signed for this student.

In their preferences, a legal guardian can, however, delegate their signature to another guardian of the student if they do not wish to sign the correspondences. (upcoming feature)
