The ‘Guardians’ tab allows you to view all the legal guardians of the institution.

They are divided into 4 main categories:

• Existing accounts: validated and active accounts
• Links sent and valid: the number of guardian emails provided in student records for which an activation link has been sent and is still valid
• Links sent and expired: the number of guardian emails provided in student records for which an activation link has been sent and has expired
• Links not sent: the number of guardian emails provided in student records for which the activation link has not been sent

Clicking on one of the guardians in the list displays their profile.

The name, first name, and email of a guardian can be modified. Their phone numbers, linked students, account creation date, and last visit date are displayed.

It is possible to change a guardian’s password.
