Once a correspondence is created, the concerned legal guardians are notified via a notification if they have downloaded the mobile app, or by an email to their personal address otherwise.

However, it is possible to resend a notification/email to the people who have not signed the correspondence via the “Remind” button (present on the correspondence and in the list of signatories).
