This service aims to ensure the exchange between educational staff and the legal guardians of students.
Among other things, it allows for requesting a signature from the latter for each exchange.

It allows for the communication of:

• An observation/remark regarding the student
• An information
• A request for authorization

Only teachers and school staff can create messages intended for legal guardians.

Each communication can target one or several students, or even an entire class.

By default, the service displays the exchanges authored by the educational staff, the exchanges concerning a student for an educational staff member, and the exchanges concerning their children for the legal guardians, with a child selector if several students are under responsibility.

Note: It is possible for the educational staff to view the exchanges concerning a student using the “student” filter located at the top left.
