GRR is a Resource Management and Reservation System.

User Synchronization
User synchronization between Facile.Education and GRR occurs in 2 steps.
In the ENT
1. Go to the application administration services
2. Click on the GRR application
3. Click on the export button for resources

4. Download the generated file (via the link or via the folder)

In GRR
1. Create the domains (buildings of the institution)
2. Create the resources (rooms of the institution) linked to each domain
3. Go to the “Administration” panel
4. Click on “Reservations” > “Import a reservation file in csv format”
5. Choose a file and select the previously downloaded file from your directory
6. Review the report and in case of encountering the following error: “Error in reservation (Room error)”, create the associated resources
